Delivery & Shipping Policy

Bolubex Enterprise offers delivery and pickup options for customers in Sierra Leone and Lagos, Nigeria.

1. Sierra Leone Delivery

We currently deliver to:

• Freetown
• Bo
• Makeni
• Kenema
• Kono
• Lunsar
• Kambia
• Port Loko

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may change depending on fuel and transportation costs.

2. Lagos Delivery

For customers in Lagos, delivery within Lagos is:

₦8,000

3. Delivery Method

Orders are delivered using a dispatch rider where applicable.

4. Delivery Times

Freetown

Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Outside Freetown

Delivery is generally within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the location.

For areas such as Bo, Makeni and other locations outside Freetown, customers may need to negotiate directly with bus drivers and pay the transportation cost.

Customers are also responsible for transportation costs from the shop to and/or from the bus garage where applicable.

5. Express Delivery

Express delivery is available within Freetown only.

The express delivery fee is 2× the applicable delivery price.

6. Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up their orders.

Pickup is available within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

For authorized pickup by another person, the full details of the person collecting the order must be provided in advance for authorization before the order is released.

7. Delivery Fee Changes

Delivery fees are subject to change based on fuel prices and transportation costs.

Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.
